Hurley has been involved with the Arizona cannabis market since its beginning. Hurley played a critical part in the 2016 and 2020 initiatives to legalize recreational cannabis in Arizona. He is also a founding member of the National Cannabis Industry Association and the Arizona Dispensaries Association.
